  11.             To use this program you need to have 1)  2 - 360K Floppy Drives,
  12.        or 2) at least 1 - 720K Floppy Drive, or 3) a Hard Disk (best option)
  13.        and at least 192K of RAM memory.
  14.  
  15.             If you are using 2 floppy drives, you will need to copy these 
  16.        programs onto a diskette that will be used in drive a and then have a
  17.        data diskette for your data that will be used in drive b.
  18.  
  19.             If you are using a 720K floppy drive, (and have only one disk 
  20.        drive, you will need to copy these programs onto a diskette and then
  21.        use the remaining part of the diskette for data.

  23.             In the case of a hard disk, it is suggested that you create a 
  24.        separate subdirectory for the programs and data.
  25.  
  26.             Please note that you do not need to copy the documentation files
  27.        onto your working diskette.

  29.             To start using the program after you have made your working 
  30.        diskettes, you need only to type MENU at the DOS Prompt and press
  31.        <ENTER> or <RETURN>.  From this point you can use the program.  Note 
  32.        that you will have to enter at least one receipt and/or expense before
  33.        you will be able to use the REPORTS, EDIT, or ENTRPRZ Program Modules.
  34.        Also you should always start with the month of January and go through
  35.        each month as you progress through the year.  (Even if you have no
  36.        receipts or expenses for a month, please select that month and go 
  37.        through the data entry process, pressing <ESC> at the date prompt for
  38.        both receipts and expenses.)
